  • Donations received are intended for supporting the specific causes and projects undertaken by the organization. Donors may choose the area of focus for their contribution, such as education, healthcare, community development, etc.
  • Sarthi Club is a registered non-profit organization under Section 12A and exempted under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors are eligible for tax benefits on their contributions as per prevailing tax laws.
  • Sarthi Club will provide donors with an official receipt acknowledging their contribution. The receipt will contain necessary details, including the amount donated, date of donation, and the NGO's registration information.
  • Sarthi Club does not entertain requests for refund of donations. Once a donation is made, it is considered final.
  • Donor information, including personal details and donation history, will be kept confidential and used only for official communication purposes. Sarthi Club does not share donor information with third parties.
  • Sarthi Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Donors will be notified of any changes through the official website or direct communication.
